These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the candygirl.com.au Online Store. By placing an order through candygirl.com.au, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Website Terms of Use. Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through candygirl.com.au, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the candygirl.com.au Online Store is an offer to purchase our products. Candygirl.com.au may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by candygirl.com.au until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
Quantity Limitations
Candygirl.com.au may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. Candygirl.com.au may reject any order, or any part of an order.
In the event that an item is out of stock we will inform you via email and you have the option of selecting another item or requesting a full refund.
Items on BackOrder
Items displayed as on back order will take approximately 3 to 6 weeks for delivery, we will keep you informed of approximate delivery dates.
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the candygirl.com.au Online Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that candygirl.com.au will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Product Display/Colors
Candygirl.com.au attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, candygirl.com.au cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color

Information relating to candygirl.com.au products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to candygirl.com.au acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with candygirl.com.au, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, candygirl.com.au will issue a credit to your nominated account in the amount of the charge.

Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order via Pay Pal using your Pay Pal account or via Paypal using your credit card. Orders are shipped within 48 hrs of receipt of payment with the exception of items on back order.
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than fifteen (15) days after the date of your order, candygirl.com.au will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, candygirl.com.au will issue a refund.
Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through the candygirl.com.au Online Store within seven (7) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials.
If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions
We hope you will love your purchases, however we understand that may not always be the case.
If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be returning the item. All items that are sent back MUST be posted via registered post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited. So we ask that you always post the item back via registered post. It is also very important that you email through with the registration number as this is the number that will be used for insurance, a registered item is void without it.
We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn, have all tags attached and are in brand new condition.
The item must be sent back within 7 days.
You are free to choose a full refund(not available with discount codes/sale items), exchange (if in stock), or a store credit, sorry but we are unable to refund the freight charges on delivery or return of goods.
For exchange items, there will be an additional fee chatrged for postage of the exchanged item.
Sale Items: For sale goods we are unable to offer a refund, however you are welcome to exchange or have a store credit issued to you, unless otherwise stated in the sale promo.
If the Candy Girl team believe that the item has been damaged or worn we reserve the right to return the item back to you with no refund or exchange.

Quick return checklist! 1: Email us at info@candygirl.com.auto inform us you will be returning the item.
2: Make sure the item is in brand new perfect condition, has all tags attached, and you still have the invoice of purchase.
3: Send the item with tags attached and the invoice via registered post within the 7 day time frame to Candy Girl, we will supply you with the return address via email
Include your full name, address, telephone number, and if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
